CASA KOKO 10BR, Punta Mita, Riviera Nayarit, Mexico

From the regal poolside palapa to the breathtaking in-house spa, Casa Koko feels grand. Overlooking the coast of Punta Mita, this 10-bedroom architectural masterpiece welcomes travelers looking for majestic living spaces and a sense of adventure.

Located amidst Punta Mita’s exclusive residential community Casa Koko is a private oceanfront villa that sleeps 24 guests. Wooden beams and bed canopies, palm-thatched dining spaces, and impeccable decor taste give the house the welcoming yet adventurous feeling of a stately outpost in an exotic part of the world. The views from the infinity pool and jacuzzi are equally stunning.

The villa has two oceanfront master bedrooms, two ocean-view guest bedrooms, and five garden bedrooms, all of them with en-suite bathrooms. Moreover, the home has a range of signature features, including a private spa, a beachside fire pit, and a fully equipped gym with a space ideal for outdoor yoga practice. Guests also have access to all Punta Mita’s top amenities, including beach clubs, golf courses, and tennis centers.

The home also offers various in-villa services, from a house butler and personal chef to surf lessons in the bay. Hop on your golf cart, ride a bike around, or start taming that surf. Casa Koko is not only a striking refuge, it is a base to explore Mexico’s prime beach destination.

*In front of the villa there is a part of the golf course that cannot be crossed on foot. The beach in front of us is designated for surfing only, so we need to register any surfers who wish to go. There is a shuttle service that picks them up with their boards and takes them to the surf point.

• This can be rented as a 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10 bedrooms.
