VILLA GREYSTONE 3BR, Terres Basses, St Martin

Nestled in the highly sought-after Terres Basses area, Villa Greystone boasts a prime location on the island. This upscale residential neighborhood is known for its tranquility, security, and proximity to the most stunning beaches on the French side of St. Martin. Here, you can enjoy a peaceful and private environment while staying just minutes away from the fine dining of Porto Cupecoy, the boutiques of Marigot, and the island’s most iconic spots.

Designed in the traditional French Caribbean style with a contemporary twist, the villa is a serene retreat composed of several separate bungalows. This layout allows guests to enjoy both privacy and quality time together around the spacious central swimming pool. The fully air-conditioned living area and kitchen are housed in their own dedicated bungalow, offering a cozy and elegant space to cook, relax, or dine.

Each of the three bedrooms is located in its own separate bungalow, with direct access to the terrace and pool. This unique configuration ensures maximum privacy for every guest while preserving the warm and welcoming atmosphere of a shared holiday home.

Villa Greystone can be rented as a 2- or 3-bedroom property, adapting perfectly to the needs of families or groups of friends.

Adding to its charm, the villa features a private pétanque court—that invites guests to unwind with a friendly game outdoors, perhaps with a chilled drink in hand, as the sun sets.

A discreet and elegant address, perfect for a vacation centered on relaxation, comfort, and the French art de vivre in the heart of the Caribbean.
