Golf carts are not included at most villas: $80-120/day for a 4-seater, $105-150 for a 6-seater, and a 10-guest house usually needs two. The included cook is a house cook, not a trained chef. An upgrade runs $150-300/day. Staff after-hours extension $60 per staff member.
