Sunset is a beautiful five-bedroom villa that sits on the edge of the Caribbean Sea with a private beach offering the perfect escape for all those who love waterside living.
Breathtaking vistas of Montego Bay and Jamaica’s spectacular coastline greet guests from all areas of the villa and the private beach, waterfront fire-pit and proximity to the championship golf course make for an unrivaled location.
After a complete remodeling of the house, Sunset exhibits contemporary Caribbean architecture with a single-level floor plan and a sophisticated beach house ambiance.
The bedrooms are all air-conditioned with private En suite bathrooms. Four of the five bathrooms have attached outside showers. The large sea and pool-facing master bedroom have a king bed. All other bedrooms are furnished with twin beds which may be combined as kings if required. A further two bedrooms are in an ocean-facing cottage with views across the sea to Montego Bay.
The very spacious and brightly decorated living room opens onto a fabulous view of the sea. It has a wet bar, cable television, and CD/DVD player. Doors lead out to the veranda and the perimeter overflow pool beyond with lap lane, Baha ledge, and hot tub. Dining can be indoors or outside, right beside the ocean or on the veranda.

Tryall Club Temporary Membership Dues
The Tryall Club requires all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Fee of US$130 (plus 15% service charge) per week for each guest 16 years and over, or US$26 (plus 15% service charge) per day per person for stays of less than 7 days.
Plan to pay your TMD fee at the Front Desk in the Great House when you register. They will also set up a charge account for you during your stay. If you plan to pay for your charge account in cash at the end of your stay, they will request a cash deposit. If you plan to pay for your charge account with a credit card, they will place a hold on your card to cover this amount. The Tryall Club reserves the right to change or alter its membership packages with no advance notice.
