The word KISHTI in Urdu, a language derived from the Arabic and Hindi languages, means a boat, an ark, or a canoe. It is quite frequently used in poetry and verse, set to Indian music to reflect life, love, god, and possibly other things left to the writer's imagination. Villa KISHTI's design by renowned international designers Cecconi Simone Inc. and architecture by Frank Hamilton has resulted in a contemporary villa with stunning design and architectural details that will offer an enriching, enlightening, and rewarding "lifestyle" experience.
Fronted by the Villa's volcanic rock shoreline, large infinity pool, Grotto with a hot tub, giant shaded bed, music, and a bar, the Villa's angled and sloping roofs are KISHTI's signature features, quite unique on the island. There is access to a snorkelling cove beach about three minutes from the villa. Dinner parties by torchlight can be organized on this beach, and it will be set up daily with chairs and umbrellas for the guests to catch their rays. The Villa will provide a setting of natural beauty in which service excellence and guests' privacy are paramount. A most spacious living room with a spectacular view of the water, an indoor-outdoor dining area to seat up to twelve, and a modern kitchen will enhance one's comfort and overall experience. There are four bedroom suites and a guest bedroom, with an office and exercise room with a private terrace that also serves as a recreation room. The villa may be rented as a one-bedroom, two-bedroom, or three-bedroom as well as 4/5 bedroom. The placement of three suites, each with its own private terrace, and panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, assures individual privacy for guests.
The master bedroom suite has its own private terrace, an outdoor shower, and an individual hot tub, all overlooking the Atlantic waters. Each suite, individually decorated, has its own refrigerator and coffee service. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and en suite bathroom and is excellent for older children, a nanny or security.
