MARAHUYO, Leeward Settlement, Turks and Caicos

With its bold design and beachfront position Villa Marahuyo delivers distinctive style on world renowned Grace Bay. The clean lines, wall-to-wall glass and lofty ceilings of Villa Marahuyo carry from the entry through the main living areas and out on to the magazine-worthy main deck, where a dramatic black lava stone pool stands in stark contrast to the white sands and turquoise hues of the beach beyond.

With lounge chairs positioned on a shelf in the pool, sun beds lined up alongside it, and hanging cocoon chairs on the deck, there’s no shortage of spots to soak up the sun, while a deep overhang offers ample space to dine or relax in the cool shade.

Kayaks, snorkel gear and a pickleball court offers plenty of ways to stay active by day.
Come nightfall, the sunken firepit, with its views of the ocean, is an inviting space to sip a sundowner and plan the next day’s adventures.

Step Inside…
Timber clad ceilings and terrazzo floors lend the modern interiors a warm aesthetic and fully pocketing doors across the living room bathe the interior in natural light. A vast sectional sofa offers ample space for a full house to get comfortable indoors, a circular dining table is ideal for convivial meals, and the full bar means your butler can mix any cocktail you could dream of.
Keen cooks have a spacious, well-equipped kitchen at their disposal and for those who prefer simple fare, there is also a barbecue on the deck.

The six bedrooms are tastefully decorated with lots of timber and organic materials and all feature elegant ensuite bathrooms with brass fixtures. One bedroom is located on the main level with direct access to the pool terrace; the remainder, all with beautiful hardwood floors, are located upstairs. Four of these open onto a shared balcony with ocean views and the principal suite includes a luxurious bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers and a circular bathtub.

You’ll love:
Having a butler and housekeeper attend to your every need
Night-time games of pickleball on the flood lit court
The ultra-stylish black lava stone pool
Watching the sunset from the firepit
The glorious ocean views
