VILLA FOSCA, Aldea Zama, Tulum, Mexico

A rooftop pool to die for, four spacious suites, and a delightfully simple rustic style, make Villa Fosca a statement of top-notch urban design in the lush Tulum setting.

This brand new private villa in Aldea Zama, the town’s prime neighborhood, is a perfect blend of taste and comfort. The residence is built around a central patio, with expansive common areas, both indoors and outdoors. Designer furniture complements the tastefully sober architecture, while a state-of-the-art kitchen, a 100MB wi-fi connection, and an 85” TV in the living room make this home as cozy as it is visually striking.

Every bedroom has king-size beds, air conditioning, and ensuite bathrooms, while the two master suites are fitted with bathtubs and panoramic showers. Nonetheless, the rooftop garden steals the show with a gorgeous swimming pool, a grill bar, and views for days.

You will find Villa Fosca in La Privada, one of Tulum’s most exclusive gated communities, less than a five-minute drive from both the city center and the bustling hotel zone.
