MAGNOLIA, St James, Barbados

Magnolia is a beautiful classical-style villa situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac of Sandy Lane Estate overlooking the 3rd fairway of Sandy Lane Old Nine. Large spacious living and dining rooms, with high ceilings that echo Georgian proportions, with a delightful central vestibule, opening with double doors out onto the large private pool and lush tropical garden.

A wrap-around covered terrace creates perfect areas for relaxing, dining, and entertaining out of the sun. A delightfully quaint wooden gazebo provides the ideal spot to unwind and enjoy a coffee or cocktail and enjoy the garden.

Magnolia has five impressive bedroom suites over two storeys, all air-conditioned. Three-bedroom suites upstairs and two on the ground floor, with almost every room having a golf course view. The ground floor of Magnolia is all on one level, making it suitable for wheelchairs or guests with limited mobility.

The Master Suite on the upper floor features a grand carved four-poster king-size bed, with a private patio, dressing area, and bathroom with double vanity, bath, and shower. A second suite also features a more modern four poster king size bed, and each of the five bedrooms has its own unique style.

This stunning villa is perfect for entertaining. It offers a number of both formal and relaxed spaces, indoor and outdoor. There is ample outdoor space surrounding the large swimming pool and an idyllic seating spot on the lawn for a moment of tranquility.

Convenient for golfers, great for families and entertaining. This classically styled villa also offers a two-car enclosed garage, top of a line kitchen with appliances and furniture.
