PUNTA SAM VILLA, Cancun, Riviera Maya, Mexico

Villa Punta Sam is a private beachfront villa in Costa Mujeres, the new pearl of the Mexican Caribbean, designed for families and groups of up to 21 guests. Featuring six suites, direct beach access, personalized dining experiences, daily hospitality services, and a collection of indoor and outdoor spaces created for gathering, the villa combines the privacy of a luxury residence with the service standards of a boutique hospitality experience. Every stay is shaped around the people experiencing it, creating an atmosphere that feels effortless, personal, and entirely your own.

At the heart of the property lies the Main Area, where the open kitchen, dining room, living room, bar, jacuzzi, and infinity pool flow together in a seamless layout overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Designed as the social center of the home, these spaces invite guests to gather naturally, whether sharing breakfast by the water, spending the afternoon by the pool, or enjoying meaningful moments with family and friends. Additional amenities include a rooftop terrace with panoramic views, water activities, private beach access, and personalized services tailored to each group’s preferences.

Located just north of Cancún, Costa Mujeres has become one of the Mexican Caribbean’s most sought-after luxury destinations, known for its white-sand beaches, turquoise waters, and more private atmosphere than the traditional hotel zone. From days at sea and nearby island adventures to golf, wellness, and world-class dining, Villa Punta Sam provides privileged access to the best of the destination while remaining a place where guests can reconnect, celebrate, and create unforgettable memories together.

More than a place to stay, it is a place to belong.
