A Private Oasis on the Beach

Set on 3.4 acres of manicured gardens, Casa de la Playa is designed to immerse you in the island's natural beauty. The property’s sprawling terrace overlooks an expansive infinity-edge pool, framed by luxurious sunbeds and shaded lounge areas. Whether you’re soaking up the sun or enjoying a tranquil evening by the pool, the ocean views are simply unparalleled.

The villa also features a stunning rooftop patio, perfect for stargazing or savoring the endless sea views. One of the estate’s unique highlights is the private outdoor movie theater—an exquisite touch that allows for cinematic experiences under the Caribbean sky.

Step inside, and you’ll find a grand great room that seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor living. The room’s tasteful decor harmonizes island style with colonial elegance, featuring stone floors, wooden ceilings, and a warm color palette. Whether you're relaxing in the spacious lounge, enjoying a tune on the grand piano, or gathering in the pool hall, the atmosphere is both inviting and refined.

The covered terrace, running the length of the property, offers formal al fresco dining and multiple cozy seating areas, perfect for sharing meals or enjoying a refreshing cocktail as the sun sets.

Luxurious Accommodations
Casa de la Playa boasts five exquisitely designed bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and direct terrace access. Four of the suites feature plush king beds, while the opulent master suite offers added space and elegance, providing a sanctuary for rest and rejuvenation.
